We set up your building
We create your building’s address in BlockBooks and send an invitation to the building manager, who enters the building and its apartments in a few steps.

Invite your residents
The manager invites residents by email. Each of them gets access only to their own apartments and the building’s overall picture.
Simple pricing
You pay for the building as a whole, based on the number of apartments.
